How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Step 1: Add the items to your shopping bag.
Step 2: Proceed to the checkout.
Step 3: Choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery method.
Step 4: Your local store should be listed at the top for Click & Collect. If not, use 'Change my location' and enter your address to find your preferred pickup location.
Step 5: Click on 'Continue to Payment' and complete your transaction.
Step 6: Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email receipt. Your chosen store will prepare your order. Upon readiness, you'll get another email informing you that your order is ready for collection.
Step 7: Visit your chosen Colour Loft store to collect your order. Remember to bring along your email receipt and a valid photo ID!
Can I split my order to Collect from Store and Delivery?
We are unable to split the order to Click & Collect and delivery, however you can place separate orders if you require separate fulfillment options.
Is it possible for me to cancel my Click & Collect order?
In case a store cannot fulfill your order due to stock availability, you'll be notified via email. our Customer Care Team will reach out to offer a solution ensuring you get your order. You can opt to pick it up from another store or have it shipped to your specified address for orders over $55.
Should your order be entirely unavailable, we'll promptly issue a refund to your initial payment method. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via
Can a different person be authorized to collect my order in my place?
"Yes, another person can pick up your order for you. Just ensure that your chosen representative brings along these items:
- A print or copy of the email containing your Click & Collect order number
- Photo identification of the assigned collector
Please remember to inform the store if someone else will be retrieving your order on your behalf. You can locate the store's contact information on our Store page."
For what duration will the store retain my Click & Collect order?
The store will retain your order for a period of 7 days. If you foresee any difficulty in collecting your order within this time frame, kindly inform the store. You can access the store locator
