1. Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
2. Apply a small amount of conditioner to your hair, focusing on the ends.
3. Massage the conditioner into your hair and scalp for 1-2 minutes.
4. Rinse the conditioner out of your hair with cool water.
5. After showering, apply a small amount of body lotion to your skin.
6. Massage the lotion into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
7. Use the conditioner and body lotion as often as needed for best results.
