1. Shake the can well before use.
2. Hold the can 8-10 inches away from dry hair.
3. Spray the product evenly onto hair, focusing on the areas that need heat protection.
4. For best results, section hair and spray each section before using hot tools.
5. Style hair with hot tools as desired.
6. For added hold, reapply the product after styling.
7. To remove the product, simply brush or wash hair as usual.
