Dampen your hair with warm water then apply a small amount of the product to your hair roughly a teaspoon size. Massage the product into your hair until it is lathered then wash it out. After the product is washed out, repeat again so that the hair cuticles have now opened up and can absorb all the nutrients provided in the shampoo.
