How can I track my order?
Once your order is picked and packed you will receive a shipping notification email.
This email will contain a tracking number and link to follow the delivery of your parcel.

Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping notification email. This email
will contain a tracking number and link to follow the delivery of your parcel. You can
also look into your tracking through the links provided below to see your updates with
each new scan & and estimated delivery date.

Can parcels be ‘safe dropped’ with Australia Post?
All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery
driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest
post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.
I have not entered my address correctly on my order?
It is your obligation to ensure all your address details are correct on your order
for us to ship your parcel correctly. Your parcel will be shipped as per your
instructions. Once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address, we will
not be held responsible.
If you wish to change the address on your parcel before it is dispatched, please
contact us as soon as possible on 1300 639 648. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
If you do contact us out of these times we will respond to you as soon as possible.
can I cancel my order??
We make no guarantees that we are able to cancel or make changes to your order once it
has been placed. Please call or email and we can attempt to put this request through for
you. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Shipping to New Zealand
All Standard parcels are sent with Australia Post and can take 3-8 business days to arrive.
These times are reflective of metro areas only and additional days will be required for areas outside. This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified.
The maximum weight limit is 7.5kg, any order over will require more than one shipment.
Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
International Shipping
All parcels are subject to a 5kg weight limit and all parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment. For parcels that exceed the weight limit, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements for a single delivery, however we make no guarantee.
Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas. Depending on which country you are shipping too, you may have to pay additional customs clearance charges. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Us a sender has no control over these charges so we advise you to contact your customs authority if you have any concerns.
